I had a horrible experience with David Routzon. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired him to do some work for my company last year, paid 1/2 of the money down, then had the most horrible time trying to get in contact with him again. I called numerous times, emailed many times, and even sto...pped by the office to let the staff know that I cannot get a hold of him. He never picked up his phone, never responded to any of my voicemails or emails. He missed the due date to complete the work I paid for, and never delivered what he promised. I lost over $1,000 with this office. Never heard from him again. No apologies. Nothing. Stay far, far away!
