I hired Leslie Casaubon to handle a workers’ compensation claim thinking I hired an ethical attorney in good faith. It turned out to be a living nightmare. If she has handled a case for you and had it non-suited and dismissed with prejudice. It’s cause she is working with the defendant’s attorney and the insurance carrier’s to screw over injured workers. Please don’t be her next VICTIM she a sham

I work for a major airline. I injured my back at work unloading an aircraft. I have been employed there more than 10-years. I have seen 18 different doctors and have been treated like garbage. I thought it would be best to hire an attorney. This law firm's staff will never allow you to speak... to an attorney. I was told I would be able to take my case to court - this was bad information. I was never able to get an appointment scheduled to meet with an attorney - very dissappointing. I decided it was a lost cause spending any more money on chasing my tail. This law firm is highly rated by Martindale. My advice - ask a LOT of questions prior to hiring this attorney
