Once I paid my retainer I called to check on progress and could not get a response. Around 5 months after my fee was paid I finally got through to her assistant and still got no answers. We amended my filing and finally in September went to court. That was in 2015 and my orders are still not filed. ... I am going to finalize them myself shortly. Poor communication, no care, and no updates. Avoid this attorney for any family matters. She has no real concern to help, but seems nice at first. This is nearly three years after I paid the initial fee.

EVERYTHING in the review above is my story. Wife took my kids to another state and filed for divorce, out of the blue. My daughters were only 2 and 4 and my whole life. I had no idea what to do. I prayed for wisdom and God sent me Martha Stahr. She was patient, kind and truly saved me emotional...ly. My case drug on for years - across two states - and she was ALWAYS there, patient and understanding - even when I was just venting. (Her husband and her mother are also wonderful people.) In the end, we won. I have raised my children and we're all happy today. We could not have done it without Martha. She was a God-send. That was over a decade ago. My daughters are now 16 & 18 and i look forward to introducing them to Martha soon... as a hero that they should emulate.

She is a joke! I had issues getting my paperwork back to thoroughly go over. That was an issue so I wanted to stop by her office, only to find out she didn't have one. Look above, it's a PO Box! She is an attorney in a van! She NEVER answers her phone and almost never returns calls and if she does i...t is last minute before seeing the judge. She puts on an act face to face so you will forgive and forget her behavior. When you have concerns she will go in to detail in the beginning but once you pay her it's short and simple. Please avoid this attorney if you are seeking a good attorney who is truly caring about the end results of your case and you. I regret using her as I am having to pay for another attorney to fix what she ruined.
