No lie, this man is there best in Denton county. He took my case, which looked grim to say the least. Not exactly sure what all he pulled to get the charges dropped but the end result was awesome. I hired Derek Adame after much calling around, he was the only attorney that seemed confident he could get me returned to probation and avoid prison (This was my 2nd violation while on felony probation). My back was truly against the wall, as the prosecution was committed to giving me 2 years or 12 m...onths SAFP. After a few rounds of going to court I was ASTONISHED that I got the best deal I could have hoped for. I received only 15 days in county jail, which I had the option to serve on the weekends, and was returned to deferred probation with no additional time added. Very friendly, personable guy that has obviously developed a good enough rapport with Denton County DA's to facilitate a deal as good as mine turned out to be. Highly recommended!
