Had a bit of a unique work injury case and Rocky not only took my case but exceeded what my expectations were after consulting with 2 other lawyers who basically said I didn’t have much. I was told there wasn’t much that could be done with my case any longer since the company I worked for did what th...ey said they could… but then I came to Rocky. My accident at work happened a few years back so I wasn’t expecting much to be honest. But what I wasn’t being told by other lawyers is that insurance was still liable for what happened. Rocky was really my last attempt to get something to be honest. I hadn’t really worked in a couple years other than part time jobs. Rocky actually looked into what happened and he and his team did their own research. He kept me updated on the process and what was happening (it was over a year). Even if it was what I didn’t want to hear. In the end we won. Not only did he get a better settlement from insurance than I ever thought, it was more than HE even thought!
