Kevin Michael Hinzman

I was Assigned Kevin as a Counselor by Denton County. He had all the information and proof that I was innocent of all three charges against me. He coerced me to take a Plea in order for him to be in “good standing” with the prosecutors, for future cases. Lied to me about all three cases being related... and not able to win them due to the amount. We hired professionals to investigate and they also determined my innocence. Communications and recordings verify my review. Do not Hire Kevin Heinzman if you want to remain innocent. He will not side with you, but look for a way for the court to favor him in the future. Shame on you Kevin, I believed you were a ethical attorney. I get it that you need to work with them in the future, but that is no reason to make an innocent client a guilty one for your benefit.
