John Rentz is an excellent lawyer. I was charged with a 3rd degree felony, assault on a public servant. That just sounds way more horrible than it was. We went through a year and a half of going to court each month, just to be told to return the following month. The DA kept getting changed. Consideri...ng the first DA was not willing to bend at all, even pushing for a prison sentence. It didn't look good. But John stayed on the case and was able to negotiate a reduction from 3rd Degree Felony Assault, to a Class B Misdemeanor for Interfering with Public Service. I received 2 years probation with 80 hours of community service.
