Pragmatic Attorney

Mr. Coleman was able to get a stagnant case moving forward to resolution. Previous attorneys seemed more interested in racking up charges than making progress. My only regret is in not hiring Mr. Coleman first!

Mr. Coleman helped me with two business transactions

Hugh helped me negotiate and document a contract to sell four acres in Denton. The resulting contract worked well and was fair to both parties. At another time, Hugh drafted a lease for an office I own. Again, the process has gone well and Hugh's prices have been reasonable. I can recommend Hugh... without reservation.

Finally, a honest, down to earth, wholeheartedly Texan Attorney

Hugh has bailed me out of a couple sticky situations over the years. The most significant was when our mortgage company "misplaced" our proof of insurance (though they somehow found it later) and tried to bill us for thousands of dollars. Hugh dived in and got to the bottom of things. Hugh has also p...rovided me lots of wise advice on a number of issues and I have just never been disappointed. Hugh is a family guy who puts the law and the customer first. He talks straight and knows his business.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
