A CARING AND HIGHLY SKILLED ATTORNEY

Ms. Fox was recommended to me by my financial advisor and also by my bank Trust officer. My son died eighteen months ago with two minor children, as a result my existing will and trust documents required a significant review and necessary revision's. In addition, my wife's health was also a signific...ant concern, although she is not currently in hospice care she is still in a serious condition, so time was important. I had tried for the last twelve months to rework my legal documents. Because of my personal difficulties and the difficult my previous attorney and friend of twenty years was experiencing we had not been able to complete the necessary rework to my current documents. I was very concerned and so I contacted Ms. Fox. She promptly and professionally assumed responsibility to assess my needs and desires and properly revise my legal documents. During my 40-year career I have worked with many talented attorneys on many complex business arrangements in the U.S. and a number of foreign countries. Ms. Fox's abilities clearly ranks with the very best legal professionals I have worked with. In addition she is a caring and understanding individual. It was a joy to work with Ms. Fox and resolve my legal needs. I highly recommend her as a caring and highly skilled attorney.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!

There are no words to describe our experience with this wonderful human being but I will do my best. My husband's father passed away unexpectedly and things were an absolute messy nightmare. He left behind no will, no life insurance, no beneficiaries on bank accounts, an incapacitated wife in a nur...sing home (my mother in law), and a veritable Medicaid nightmare. We were totally lost. We were beside ourselves with not only grief but with worry over what would happen if we couldn't do something, and fast! We were also concerned about cost, we are working people not millionaires. We were actually referred to another lawyer who immediately recognized that our case needed a special type of law. He called Tena, she saw us that same day, within 1 hour of the other lawyer's call. Tena sat down with us for a good 2 hours going over what had happened, what we needed, and the massive amount of disorganized paperwork we brought with us. Again, we were totally lost and to be honest, scared that we could not accomplish what needed to be done. Tena was very reassuring and told us that it would take time but that it could be done. Ahhh.. we found a bright shining light in a dark moment. She has turned out to be one of the sweetest, most intelligent individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She has been my savior. She has done everything from attending a medicaid hearing with me for support, arranging emergent hearings with the court when normally it couldn't be done, and taking the time to sit and explain every little thing and answering every silly question I could think of. And believe me when I say, those things are only a minuscule drop in the bucket of everything she has managed to accomplish during this arduous journey. She even cleared an entire morning's schedule to help me fill out some government paperwork that I just didn't understand! Who does that?! SHE DID! There were several situations that arose during our ordeal that had me in a total panic. Tena would take the time to alleviate my fears, call me and say, "Don't panic until I say panic". Luckily she never said it was time to panic. LOL! My husband, his family, and I, all are so very appreciative of her compassion, her knowledge, and her attention to details. Like I said, we just can't say enough. I am actually getting emotional while writing this, that's how much she means to us. I feel like she is a friend now, not just a hired attorney (even though we don't socialize outside of our attorney/ client world). We love her and everything she seems to stand for. I believe it is note worthy that her staff has been an absolute comforting wonder as well, everyone has treated us with respect and compassion. If you need a lawyer, I PROMISE YOU... you will NOT be disappointed. She deserves 10 thumbs up!

Probate Case for Father starting 5/2011

Ms. Fox explained in detail the probate process during our first meeting, including the "ups and downs" and expectations regarding the time frame and involvement. Upon working to the finish of the case, her explanation during the first meeting has been was almost 100% accurate. During the case, she... gave specific advise and explained the law and it's process in a manner that was comprehensible. She and her staff very helpful and always available to assist in any way needed. Being I live on the East Coast, I was VERY impressed with the communication the she and the staff provided. All documentation was sent in ample time for return, and specific instructions were provided. Upon having a phone conversation with Ms. Fox, a detailed recap of the phone conversation was emailed along with any tasks that I needed to handle. Tena Fox handled everything discussed during our initial meeting. She went above and beyond expectations, and has been the best attorney that I have had the pleasure to conduct business. I am very pleased I hired Leach & Fox, and would definitely hire Tena Fox anytime. I am ecstatic regarding service that I received and think that Tena Fox is definitely one of the best in Estate Planning and Probate Law. I would refer Ms. Fox and her staff to anyone that might need an attorney in this area of law.

Awesome, understanding, and ethical lawyer

We hired Ms. Fox to assist on my mother-in-law's estate. From our first meeting she made my husband and myself feel at ease with her level of expertise. Ms. Fox and her office kept us updated as to the procedures and paperwork that were necessary during our process. Our case has been complicated; ho...wever Ms. Fox has handled our case in a professional and ethical manner. Losing a loved one is difficult; however Ms. Fox was a blessing to our family during this time as she eased our mind when it came to the legal side of the estate. In addition to handling my mother-in-law's estate, we have also used Ms. Fox for our personal use for long term planning.
