If you have complicated income he is completely incompetent in helping you properly report it. There were instances he did not review or even request to review valuable information prior to filing. He put us in a terrible position we had to transfer our case to a better firm with the necessary know...ledge. Very unprofessional, do your homework or it could cost you big time, I would not recommend this guy!

Mr. Bill Huebner is the best! From my very first meeting with him, he was very focused on helping me decide whether to file a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13, and explained the differences to me which made my decision easier. He responds quickly to my phone calls and/or emails and explains everything so... that I totally understand. He is a fast, accurate, detail-oriented gentleman whom I highly respect. I would recommend him, without hesitation, to anyone considering a bankruptcy.
