Nicholas Gregory Davis

When looking for an Attorney I did a lot of research. I hired Mr. Nick Davis of The Avery McDaniel Law Firm. Mr. Davis defended me on a DWI 2nd charge. I was very upset about the charge and I truly felt that I had been discriminated against. I had not done anything wrong or anything to warrant this ...charge. There was 0 alcohol involved and I had taken my prescription meds as ordered. The Trooper charged me with DWI because there was an accident and he knew that I took prescription medication. I had never caused an accident never. The accident was my fault but not because of medication. I had rear ended the car and that's it. I am not able to complete the Road Side Tests because of my disabilities. The other tests fell in the normal range. The medication in my system fell in the Theraputic Range. It indicated that I had taken my medication as prescribed. In all Mr. Davis had taken all the available information and formulated a plan of defense. He took everything that I said and used it in my defense. I knew that DWIs were tough to defend. I was pretty scared during this time but again I knew that I had not done anything wrong. In the end I was found Not Guilty by a jury of my peers. Mr. Davis did a very good job defending me. If I need an Attorney again I will definitely hire Mr. Davis.
