Called to schedule a consultation. Andrew Douglas’s paralegal returned the call and that was that. She wanted nothing to do with questions that we had. I'm still battling with OWCP over medical, but it's a lot easier now that I have the compensation I deserved. His empathy towards me and tenaciousness with OWCP gave me the will to keep going with the case, and honestly helped to keep me from drowning in the depression of the physical, mental and financial ruin I was in. I hate that I'm writing this after the case was resolved, as it was my intention to do it long before. I would have left the exact same review of his services even if OWCP had denied the appeal. My experience is that OWCP cares nothing for us federal workers, but I have felt from day one that Andrew Douglas does.
