I am a trial lawyer who believes in fighting for my clients. I have 29 years of experience representing clients throughout the DFW area. My office handles DWI and other criminal cases, family cases, personal injury cases and traffic tickets. I am BV rated by Martindale-Hubbell for very high legal ability and ethics. I am certified in Forensic Gas Chromatography and Forensic Drug Analysis by Axion Analytical Laboratories. I am certified by NHTSA in DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. I am a member of the American Association of Premiere DUI Attorneys, the National College For DUI Defense, DUI Defense Lawyers Association and Texas DWI Lawyers. I have been able to get cases dismissed or reduced including theft, DWI, sexual assault, family violence, drug possession and serious felonies. I am the author of "The Man From 2063" and "B.L.A.C.K. M.A.M.B.A." My office hours are 8-5pm M-F. Evening and Saturday appointments are available. I handle cases in Tarrant, Dallas, Parker, Wise, Denton, Johnson and Collin counties. DWI Defense
I hired Mr. Duffy to defend me on a DWI charge. He was able to get my charge reduced to a Class B misdemeanor and keep my record intact. Hiring him was well worth the money and I would strongly recommend him.

From the beginning Jack Duffy was put in a difficult situation because he had to represent both me and my ex spouse.
