We respectfully disagree with this characterization of our representation. Attorneys are advocates, but no attorney can guarantee or control the outcome of a case. We can only evaluate and present the facts, information, and evidence provided to us, while using our best professional judgment to prepare each client for their case. Our office works diligently to prepare our clients, present the available evidence, and advocate on their behalf. Ultimately, however, an attorney cannot control a client's testimony, the evidence available in a case, the government's position, or the decision of the Immigration Judge. Because our duty of confidentiality continues even after representation ends, we will not publicly discuss the specific facts, evidence, communications, or circumstances of any former client's case. We stand by the work performed by our office and the advocacy provided in this matter.
