You can find a better lawyer in Fort Worth

Incredibly non-responsive lawyer. More concerned with his reputation within the Fort Worth Law community than with being responsive or aggressive for his clients. Allowed opposing lawyer to dictate terms and pace of settlements and agreements. Did not initiate any recourse when opposing lawyer and... client did not respond to discovery proceedings in timely manner or when they failed to deliver as was required on mediated agreement. Allowed agreements to be written in manner that I had no recourse.
