Highly Recommend

Sam has represented me for a little over a year in a lawsuit and has been everything you would want your lawyer to be. He is educated, prepared, methodical, and informative. He will tell me his thoughts behind what he thinks we should do, explain it in terms I will understand, and then ask how I want... to proceed. He is great with communication if you need to speak with him and always does his best to get things done in a timely manner. I can highly recommend him to anyone who needs his services. He will do everything possible to either win the case or reach a settlement. In our case a settlement was reached thanks to his pursuits and knowledge.

I will hire Sam again!

I had issues with Texas Attorney General's Office. Sam helped me out of a sticky situation. He took time to explain to me in a non-lawyer language so that I could really understand the process. Another experience with another attorney spoke in legalese. Sometimes lawyers forget that clients are ever...yday people. I found Sam very easy to communicate, and I never felt that my intelligence was insulted. I was please with the out come of my hearing. Hopefully, I will never need another lawyer, but if I do; Sam is my guy.

Waste is time and money

Had a consult and he was worthless to us. $75.00 down the drain, as well as our time. We knew more than he did about our issue. He was googling tenants rights as we were sitting there.... we already did that and he should know this information and not need to look on the internet if he is an attorn...ey. He didn’t seem to care about our issues, he just seemed to want to get his consult fee. He would tell us useless facts... take up our time we paid for when these comments were unrelated to Our case. He deflected our questions and didn’t answer directly. Did he not not know the answer or just not care? We don't know but we didn’t get answers. Very discouraging, left uneasy and extremely disappointed. The only thing he was good at was letting us know our time was up. Simply worthless for us, time and money we can’t back.

Current client

Sam is a pleasure to work with. He is prompt, courteous and fair. My case was handled with great care and concern. Sam listened patiently and explained things when I had questions. I was very happy with the outcome, we won our case! Sam has also helped me with my will. He is wonderful about making... suggestions when you have questions or concerns. His pricing structure is reasonable and I recommend to all of my family and friends who need help with the items Sam specializes in. Sam always has a great attitude and I will continue to seek him out in the future when legal needs arise.

Best Tenant/Landlord in Fort Worth

I unfortunately had to sue my previous landlord for my security deposit. Mr. Johndroe is the best in this field! And his fees are reasonable. A simple consultation call will make your decision very easy. He knows the Real Estate laws in TEXAS! THANK YOU, SAM JOHNDROE!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
