I'm an estate planning attorney in Fort Worth, Texas, and I have been practicing law in North Texas since 1993. I own and manage a multi-state estate planning law firm with offices across the country, home to some of the top will attorneys in the United States. I personally manage our four offices in North Texas, housing an experienced team of trust lawyers and inheritance attorneys. I have been repeatedly named as one of the top estate planning attorneys in Fort Worth by Fort Worth Magazine, and one of the top ten estate planning attorneys in Texas. I have also written a book, "Estate Planning in Texas."
We pride ourselves on our community outreach, providing weekly educational events around North Texas to educate the community on the options that exist when it comes to estate planning - including asset protection trusts, children's trusts, medicaid asset protection, and power of attorney. Our highly-skilled team of revocable living trust lawyers, as well as irrevocable trust attorneys, ensure asset protection while a client is alive, and make things as simple as possible for loved ones when a family member passes away. I also do frequent educational videos that are posted to Facebook and Instagram about common issues involving estate planning. I have a perfect 10 rating on Avvo, as well as a Client Satisfaction rating on Avvo.

Knowledgeable and extremely helpful
Ms. Thomas set up future legal items for us. Very knowledgeable and walked us through every step so we could understand what we were doing, why we were doing it and how to address things at a later date. Also have her number if we or our kids have any questions or issues. Very pleased ! !

Good service
We used her to update our estate plans and implement a trust. Suppose to have unlimited revisions at no extra fees.
Thank you for reviewing your services. I am glad that we were able to help update your estate plan and provide you with the peace of mind in knowing that you can always come to us for revisions when things change in either your family or the law.

Attorney review
I went to her free meeting and she provided info on wills and other issues. When I expressed concern about driving to her office, she would send her assistant to get me, then came to my house instead. I gave her a check for $2,450.00 that she cashed the same day. I asked for my money back before she...
Ma'am I prepared your entire estate plan and sent you the documents prior to you requesting a refund of your money. As I have repeatedly told you, I am very sorry that you changed your mind about putting an estate plan in place. At my meeting, you expressed concern about driving into the city and, as we do with many clients, my legal assistant offered to drive you to the office. After making that arrangement, you expressed concern about walking from the parking lot into the building, but insisted that you wanted and needed to put an estate plan in place. As such, we found time when I could come to your home and meet to discuss your estate planning needs. We talked at length about your family and your needs and you decided to move forward. I prepared your estate plan and mailed you the entire estate plan to your home, with arrangements for another of our attorneys to come to your home so you could sign the documents. At our meeting you repeatedly expressed how grateful you were for our services and accommodation and that you really needed to get your estate plan in place. Again, I am very sorry that you changed your mind after I had already done the work and I, along with others in my office, have attempted to work with you on an arrangement that is fair to everyone.
