Biography
I'm an estate planning attorney in Fort Worth, Texas, and I have been practicing law in North Texas since 1993. I own and manage a multi-state estate planning law firm with offices across the country, home to some of the top will attorneys in the United States. I personally manage our four offices in North Texas, housing an experienced team of trust lawyers and inheritance attorneys. I have been repeatedly named as one of the top estate planning attorneys in Fort Worth by Fort Worth Magazine, and one of the top ten estate planning attorneys in Texas. I have also written a book, "Estate Planning in Texas."
We pride ourselves on our community outreach, providing weekly educational events around North Texas to educate the community on the options that exist when it comes to estate planning - including asset protection trusts, children's trusts, medicaid asset protection, and power of attorney. Our highly-skilled team of revocable living trust lawyers, as well as irrevocable trust attorneys, ensure asset protection while a client is alive, and make things as simple as possible for loved ones when a family member passes away. Excellent Work Product
We hired Ms. Thomas to prepare our estate planning to include living wills and trusts. We met with her on several occasions and in both the meetings and the documents provided, everything was laid out in a concise and understandable format, as well as easily explained.
