Sharon E. Giraud

Sharon has helped me twice now. First time in the adoption of my 2 daughters, This worked beautifully and I then returned for her services to get custody of my granddaughter, Both Mother and Father were involved and Sharon has helped to get this taken care of properly. I got Sharon's name from Child... Protective Services as they highly recommended her abilities.

First off, I liked to say before hiring Sharon as a lawyer, I believe she overcharged me considerably. It cost be over $7000 for a case I believed should of been a lot less. My statement shows I was charged lawyer's fee all the way across. It shows I was not charged once for the paralegal or secretar...y rate on bill statement. I find it hard to believe no one else made a phone call, printed documents, or file any paperwork. Her knowledge of family law was okay at best and I recommend finding someone who will bill you fairly and more knowledgeable.

Sharon handled my divorce which was a miture of military and civil service retirement. She is very apt with fact and especailly understanding money and figures in a complex divorce with a lot of assets. Since most divorces divide money she was right on top of the assets and persued an equal divorce w...ith my executive wife, I feel like I came away from a long marriage with an equal share of assets.
