Take your money elsewhere

Worst experience of my life. The attorneys at his law office vacation regularly. So don't expect to speak to anyone right away. Also the receptionists are notorious for putting you on hold, telling you to call back later and forgetting to file paperwork. DEMAND a receipt, otherwise you won't get one.... Yes - even when you've paid them thousands. If you're looking for assistance w a DWI, do your own research. They don't know what they're doing. I paid $1,200 for an occupational license (that I never received) when mine wasn't even suspended. By the way - I was refused a refund. No explanation, no apology. Be prepared to wait hours in court only to reschedule a court date because your lawyer forgot to tell you about about an IID. Also, don't be surprised if you've been sitting in court for 3 hours and called the law office multiple times only to have the flustered receptionist tell you your attorney "isn't going to make it, we're sending someone now." Yeah, thanks. I'm missing work for this. I feel robbed and taken advantage of. But they don't care. They got their money. Consider yourself warned.

Do not trust them!!

This was the worst experience of my life. Not to mention the divorce I was going through. They wanted $5,000 up front. Pretty much did nothing for me and got nothing for me. Told me they could handle a military divorce. Boy was I wrong. The legal assistant or what ever she was, Holly, absolutely... did not know what she was doing. She constantly ignored my emails and phone calls. She never got the military information needed to do the retirement paperwork. She never fought for me once. She showed up to my court date late and never called to tell me. I had no idea what to expect in court, she talked to me for about a minute then went in and spoke with my ex husbands attorney. Then she told me we needed to discuss with him and his attorney some final issues, and when I told her I didn't want to, his attorney jumped all over me without her even stepping in. She screwed me out of his military retirement cause she didn't know what the hell she was doing, and when I advised her I had court cases showing I could get half, she completely ignored me. All they did was file useless paper work and charge for every little thing, even those phone calls and emails that were never returned. I was also told they would do the QDRO paper work, but then I found out they dropped me for no reason, Probably because they knew they screwed me, leaving me to do it in my own. I do not recommend them to anyone for anything. Worst experience of my life. Worst Law Firm ever. Can't believe they treat people like this all for money.

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
