My disabled aunt was struck by a pick up truck while walking across the street. On that chilly February day both our lives changed, as she would need someone to care for her forever. Over whelmed by the insurance confusion as she had recently moved from one state to another. Mr. Kraatz spoke to me with compassion and allowed me to concentrate on what was most important, my aunts care. He also was compassionate with the man who hit my aunt, as he only had liability. So there was not enough money for all those bills and we didn't want to ruin someones life by suing him and putting him in a debt prison that he would never be free from. Most attorneys would have went for the throat no matter what, and Mr. Kraatz agreed with the decision and we let it go. He figured out who was the priority and handled it. I'm a believer and I know God will always provide for the means to care for my aunt. I'm so very grateful he spared her on that February day, I will gladly spend the rest of my life being her care giver.
