My disabled aunt was struck by a pick up truck while walking across the street. On that chilly February day both our lives changed, as she would need someone to care for her forever. Over whelmed by the insurance confusion as she had recently moved from one state to another. So I was having to learn medicare, deal with 2 different states insurance while making sure my aunt had the correct medical care. Most people don't live when hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian, she lived but with a lot of surgery and time. All while still having to run my own life and jobs, Mr. Kraatz was my super hero. I'm a believer and I know God will always provide for the means to care for my aunt. I'm so very grateful he spared her on that February day, I will gladly spend the rest of my life being her care giver.
