Victoria Ann Harris

As owner of The Harris Law Firm, Victoria focuses her practice primarily on the defense of insurers and their insureds. She has extensive experience with pre-litigation investigations of insurance claims, coverage questions, and first party and third party litigation as well as investigating complex property insurance claims to conclusion. 

Victoria has represented individuals, businesses and insurers in suits ranging from simple automobile accidents to complex coverage disputes. She has handled cases involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, insurance code and deceptive trade practices claims, workers’ compensation, and subrogation matters.

Victoria is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts as well as the 5th Circuit Court of the United States.
