Thomas F. Mastin IV

Thomas F. Mastin, IV (also known as T Mastin) is an attorney who practices in the areas of Probate (Wills, Administrations), Guardianship, Real Estate and General Business. Mr. Mastin has been a sole practitioner since 1985. Prior to that time, he was an associate with the firm of Garrett and Settle in Fort Worth. Mr. Mastin graduated from Trinity Valley School, Fort Worth, Texas and received his under graduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in finance. He received his law degree from St. Marys University at San Antonio, Texas in December, 1978. Mr. Mastin has also been active in numerous professional and charitable organizations, is a past Director of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association, past Co-Chair of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Litigation Seminar, past Chairman of the Senior Citizens Committee of the Tarrant County Bar Association and Elder Law Handbook Committee and on the board of directors of Guardianship Services, Inc. (GSI). Mr. Mastin appreciates the opportunity to speak to groups on the importance of planning and being prepared before assistance is needed.
