Is it possible for a simple burglary to get dropped to a misdemeanor if the vehicle was not broken in to nor was anything taken

It sounds like you are saying you lacked the criminal intent to commit burglary. If this is the case, you should hire an attorney and explain this....
I was pulled over today and told i was getting a ticket for reckless driving in the mail today. (can i fight this and reduce it)
