I feel Patrick was not interested in my case after I hired him 09/2017. He gave me little options or advice on my divorce case when we went to court for the temporary hearing. After that hearing, I had to do all the calling to his paralegal and that's what most of my charges were for. Patrick neglect...ed my case, by not trying to move it forward. He spoke little to opposing counsel and again, gave me options because I didn't know what to expect. I feel he folded when he found out who opposing counsel was. He made charges on my account that he never preformed. At least one was credited back to me. Because of his neglect, I was Discovery and Mediation was never done. I lost out on property and monies because of that. I finally had enough and had to hire another attorney. That attorney was only granted two weeks. Once we had a face to face with opposiing counsel, the new attorney asked for more time and the judge denied. I therefore, was never given Discovery or Mediation. The good news is new law got the divorce done 07/2018 that Patrick could not move forward. If you desire to lose your case, this is your attorney, but please take my advise and pass him by. You will lose, no matter what your case is if you hire this attorney.
