Laurynn was inexperienced, unprofessional, and sloppy when it came to managing my case. I attempted to address mistakes directly with her for months with no resolve and I had no other choice but to escalate my concerns. When my concerns were escalated to the managing attorney for the state, they were... essentially forwarded back to her and she then decided to withdraw from my case rather than allowing another attorney to handle the case. She then cited to the court that I was “unreasonably difficult to communicate with”. She took personally being called out on her own professional mistakes, refused to ever acknowledge her many missteps, and then tried to gaslight me by saying that my frustration is misplaced due to my situation. My frustration was with her inability to pay attention to details, lack of timely communication, and inability to take action without my constant follow up. I hired an attorney to do a job and she failed. Her legal assistant failed. The saying “you get what you pay for” rings true for Laurynn. Steer clear of hiring her.
