I was in a lengthy and contentious custody dispute with the ex-husband. It was ugly and seemed never-ending. I first hired Mr Branch for a CS modification that turned into a custody change when all was said and done several years ago. When i got served with a custody suit in 2015 Mr Branch stepped in when my atty fell ill and took over for me. He always kept me informed and prepared, got my child returned ...after being taken, and not only won my case but managed to convince my ridiculous judge that atty fees should be awarded and they were. He worked with us on every aspect and did his research tackling homeschool issues and an adversarial social worker. Couldnt have been more pleased with his representation.
