This guy forged my worst nightmare. I had a charge for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle (punishable up to 2 years state jail by it's retroactive legislation). It was my first offense and i did NOT steal a car. For the payment of 5,000 dollars he suggested i accept 7 years in the state penitentiary... which was only even possible under the old law (Before 1994) and was changed due to it's "Cruel and Unusual" nature. When i showed him the printed repealed legislation stating that basically he would HAVE to "Clear that" with the judges but abuse my civil rights with his own power to even suggest such a thing, he sneered at me and said, "I know what you're doing and it's NOT gonna work". He eventually trapped me by using a judge that surprisingly had high school contention with my own father and then convinced my mom to pressure me saying that if i don't accept the 7 yrs i'm going to get the maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. I'll let you draw your own conclusion before posting any more information because the site says it will not accept reviews based on other cases. So here it is. Do your research.
