A force to be reckoned with
In a time when my husband and I were left devastated by a crime that he had committed and while other consulted lawyers described his case as desolate because of his early confession upon arrest, Christy Jack and Letty Martinez provided perspective and comfort. Christy was the first lawyer to express...

I was wrongfully accused of sexually assaulting a fellow student. I felt that no one was on my side and that I would automatically be presumed guilty. That was before I met with Letty and Christy at Varghese Summersett. Their professionalism and passion for my case helped me through one of the mos...
"Christy Jack is one of best, if not the best, courtroom advocates I have ever seen. Her confidence before a jury is honed by decades of experience and hundreds of jury trials. There is nobody I would sooner trust a case with, nobody I would rather learn from."
"Christy's unparalleled experience is evidenced by her confidence and poise. Her compassion for her clients is unmatched and her ferociousness against injustice unwavering. As a nationally-recognized trial attorney, Christy Jack has tried over 200 criminal trials to a jury. She has previously appeared on Dateline, Cold Case, Forensic Files, and Court TV, for her subject matter expertise in forensics and DNA evidence. She is part of an elite group across the country with significant experience handling capital murder death penalty cases. I can, without hesitation, say Christy Jack would be my choice for any trial team, anywhere in the country."
"I am extremely privileged to have worked with Christy Jack at the DA's Office and now alongside her as a member of the firm. She is an exceptional trial attorney. It is a testament to her reputation that when we are in trial, young attorneys, both defense attorneys and prosecutors, come in to watch and learn from her. She is truly a lawyer's lawyer: when a fellow lawyer in the community finds themselves in the crosshairs of a prosecuting agency, Christy Jack is the trusted name they've turned to."
"Christy has tried more murder and capital murders than anyone I can think of off hand. She is recognized nationwide as an attorney who can try the most serious of cases. The recognition is well-deserved."
