Ed Gail Jones

So I called to setup an appointment to see ED and scheduled a time, as to note I had to take a day off and I also had to plan to go all the way to Ft Worth from Frisco. The secretary is very unprofessional, answers the phone like its a personal phone, even when I scheduled she rushed the whole proces...s. long story short I get to the Law office on time and no one is there, after 30 mins of waiting the secretary rushes into the office, without acknowledgment. After an additional 5 mins passes she comes out, and with a dismal excuse, she says that Ed will not be available and that he is at trial, my question is , why not call and inform me, she stated she had no time, but instead she had time to go get lunch smh. Anyways glad I didn't spend a dollar on this lawyer. Note, your front end( Receptionist/secretary) is important, they can make you money or make you lose it.
