Constance was a client to a close friend of mine and I have never been so disappointed in a lawyer than Constance, primarily for her complete lack of care and complete disregard to advise her client when this client needed help the most. This close friend began to suffer from substance abuse and pote...ntial mental health issues. Constance ignored all evidence presented in hearings regarding her client. To date, this client has lost custody with their kid and has never been properly guided through Constance's presumed expertise to get treatment and allow this client to properly present self-care actions to the Judge, which should be very obvious steps required to allow this client the chance to have more time with their kid. While Constance lost numerous hearings with this client, she ran up the bill on this client without any guidance to helping this client, when this client clearly needed and deserved thoughtful expertise most. A professional family lawyer would have recommended path forward from a professional lawyer to help them improve their self-care immediately, so that this client would have the ability to improve and ultimately increase time with their child. Constance did nothing to actually help this client.
