Cassidy Lynn Pearson

Cassidy is an excellent and impressive attorney/ counselor. She knows the law and executes strategies like no one that I've ever seen. In my case (Child Visitation Modification), she reworked the old visitation order and developed a strategy that made my ex-wife's attorney's (who had 20 years + o...f experience) head spin. She is probably still trying to figure out what sank her battle ship. Even when said attorney resorted to questionable ethics, Cassidy stayed calm, cool, collected, professional and ethical. Needless to say, I got everything that I was entitled to under Texas Law and then some. She also advises when a legal service may be unnecessary as emotions can run high between parents. It is an emotional process and sometimes parents can lose sight of what they are trying to accomplish under the law in the long term. She did have to bring me back from the abyss of anger but did it in a way that was professional and respectful. That shows compassion and a lawyer that feels she has an ethical and moral duty to her client and not just collect legal fees. Everyone I worked with, that was under her leadership, was thorough.
