I am from Cleburne, Texas. In 2009, I was selected by the YWCA as an honoree in its annual Tribute to Women in Business. I became a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation in 2010. In 2011, I was selected for membership in Leading Edge, a division of Leadership Fort Worth aimed at strengthening emerging community leaders.
