Great road map for all situations. Detailed instructions were easy to read and comprehend—even for a lay person. Free review for adjustments every two years is a plus so you can stay connected with latest changes to law. I highly recommend this law firm as they staff seem to have your best interest in all facets, are sincere friendly and very professional. You feel valued each step of the process.

Brandon McGee was very knowledgeable, easy and pleasant to work with in preparing our estate plan, wills, and powers of attorney for health care and property. After an initial consultation, we prepared information about our finances and assets to create a ...Living Trust, signed documents, and had a final meeting in which Brandon laid out clearly what we needed to do to make sure all our assets are included in the trust so as to avoid probate. We are a retired LGBTQ married couple, and we wanted to make sure that our estate plans were prepared by someone who would respect and understand our concerns and situation. This lead to my wife and I contracting The McGee Law Firm to prepare a Revocable Family Trust Plan Package with all associated documents (POA's, Pour-Over Wills, Medical Documents..). Brandon McGee is knowledgeable, experienced and p...rofessional regarding Estate Planning. The entire process of multiple meetings to establish our input, draft and sign documents and fund the Trust were well organized and clearly explained. Scheduling was convenient at both Southlake and Fort Worth offices and the package cost (and future support) were thoroughly explained. At completion, we were presented with a very well organized binder with the documents (both paper and electronic) and lists for future action. Regards funding (placing assets under the Trust), Brandon's office either took care of filing the paperwork (house Deed) or advised us clearly on actions to take with retirements assets, bank & brokerage accounts, life insurance and vehicles/other tangible property.
