Mr. Sims's appellate practice mirrors the diversity of this trial practice. He has been involved in appellate matters before numerous Texas appellate courts, including the Texas Supreme Court. He handles appeals arising out of civil trial litigation matters as described above and also handles interlocutory appeals and mandamus matters.
