Ryan helped us form a business and quoted a fixed price. -The work was performed in a timely manner upon payment of fees. -We spoke on the phone twice but were NOT given counsel on what is best and what should be done. -The business documents were NOT tailored to our needs. We did not get to hav...e much input into what we wanted. -We tried to contact Ryan after the documents were delivered to us but never received any response after two attempts to contact. -We don't know how to rate for "Knowledgeable" because we were not given counsel on business formation. Now having worked with another attorney we realized how we were not counseled at all and the engagement was simply paying to have some forms filed.
