Nicole did an amazing job preparing me for my court date - helping me to feel as comfortable as possible during a very stressful time. She was always there when I had questions and responded to calls and email in a very timely manner which is key to feeling comfortable with any family law case. Nicol...e was transparent with me about billing and expectations for my court date, kept me informed throughout the entire process. Couldn't have asked for better representation.

I had a bad experience with this attorney, I would not recommend her to anyone! When I first retained her she asked me for 3,500k to start with my case I paid her. Soon after that she started asking for ridiculous amounts of money and would give me time frames that where not reasonable. This attorney... was HARD to get a hold of. My case date was getting closer and I had a bad feeling my case was not getting handled properly. Do to the fact that she never really called me to ask for certain docs and information that was crucial to my case. A week away from my court date she bombarded me with information she needed ASAP! I had to take time off from to get all these documents to her. I felt like she asked and asked for money and she literally worked in my case the last week from my case date. It gets WORST!!! I am going thru a divorce as well and I had informed her that I was pregnant from my new partner and if that would case any conflict to my case. She said that my pregnancy had nothing to do with my case. Mind you my case was in Texas and I live in California, She requested my witnesses to appear as well, one of them which is my sister from Las Vegas and my Aunt from Washington. We arranged EVERYTHING flights, Hotel and car rental. A day prior to my date she texts me that she needs 2K in cash in order to move forward!!! I am not only pregnant but I cant come up with 2K from one day to another!! at this point I called her and told her that she was STRESSING me out and she cant expect someone with such a big expense that I was just spent. Expect to come up with 2k from one day to another. She threatened to withdraw from my case !!!! I seriously wanted to have a HEART ATTACK!! she had no remorse that I was PREGNANT and was fighting for my kids! she then sends me a text "SEE YOU TOMORROW IN COURT!" ... what other choice did I have a day away from my court date. So I show up with my witnesses and the judge noticed that I was pregnant and said we couldn't continue with my case until I had the BABY!!!! I was so PISSED that this attorney did not inform me of that!!! even though I had informed her. I then confront her and she nonchalantly brushes it off!!! What every you do look for another attorney that is really going to take 100% interest in representing you!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS ATTORNEY!!!
