I will never use any other attorney again! After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on legal counsel with two other attorneys who completely wrecked my custody case, gave away my personal property, and forced me to agree to settle out of court with no child support because “the judge was croo...ked and would give my ex everything anyway,” Michelle Purvis went to work cleaning up their sizable mess! She “righted every wrong” where custody was concerned. My only regret is that I didn’t go to her 6 years ago! Michelle is incredibly intelligent, trustworthy, and a Christian! She didn’t make any false promises. She was very realistic and straightforward when explaining my options for my case and what all the possible outcomes were. It was an extremely complicated case (what happens when you are divorced by a divorce attorney who plans it for over a year and you start out with inept attorneys)! Michelle put in the time to research my case and was able to eliminate my ex-husband’s “star witness” and have her dismissed as a matter of law! She was knowledgeable and professional at every turn. She was calm and compassionate, but still aggressive enough to demand that the law be followed and in an expedient manner. She worked incredibly hard and put in the time required for an extremely successful outcome! She was upfront about her rates and her billing and made sure I knew how and where my retainer money was being spent. She wasn’t cheap, but she was accurate, effective, timely, and fair (you get what you pay for). She is a truly hero in my eyes and I will be forever grateful! Every night when I tuck my little girl into bed, I thank God for Michelle Purvis!
