Highly recommend!

Kyle was hired by my insurance All State for a accidental lawsuit. He was incredible and very transparent throughout the whole process. Kyle is very reliable and communicated with me constantly as well as keeping me up to date with the case that was over a year old. I was very anxious and he helped m...e through one of the toughest times, We couldn’t have done this without his skills and patience level. I would highly recommend him personally! Best & most efficient Lawyer I could have asked for.

Super Helpful & Professional

Kyle, was quick to get started on my case. I was being sued for a traffic accident by this crazy lady who claimed to be injured but didn't even go to the hospital. Insurance Defense

Kyle Smith was my attorney when I was sued for an auto accident I did not cause. Kyle and his firm kept me informed and stood by me every step of the way. It was over 4 years from the date of the accident to the trial. In the courtroom, he was skilled, knowledgeable and very professional. Explaine...d “next steps” throughout my day in court. Car accident

Excellent presence and clarity of position! He showed exactly what the facts were and the truth in the case. He was able to show the jury the truth and that accepting liability does not mean take advantage and reward advantage seeking plaintiffs!
