Mr. Kyle Smith is a very sincere individual. Lawyers at times have a bad reputation for not caring and just ready to get on to the next case. He actually took the case almost to a personal level. I felt like he got really put a lot of effort into my case and to sort fact from fiction from the Plaint...iffs stories. The interest he took in the case meant a lot for my mother and i. He was able to make his arguments and tried everything he could to bring certain important details in the case to light, although he was getting a lot of push back. He made the case with the little supporting evidence he could show and we came out victorious! He is a great person, great speaker and a great lawyer. This guy is not your average lawyer. Called him in panic late one night after my partner was arrested.
