I work with clients of all ages, from those concerned with protecting their young children and planning for their future, to those who are concerned with how their assets will pass to future generations.

I prepare trusts of all kinds, from revocable living trusts with the goal of avoiding probate and Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts for those with nursing home concerns, to Special Needs Trusts.

I work with clients who want to ensure what they have is passed down to the right people via wills and also ensure all of my clients have the proper legal disability documents in place, including living wills in case they are ever on life support.

I make sure my clients are protected with powers of attorney so if they are unable to manage their own affairs, they have the right people in place to manage things, keep them out of the court system, and represent them when medical issues arise.
