The Fairy Godmother
Jennifer was more than what I had ever expected of a lawyer. She looked at my child custody case from every angle, broke it down for me, and we approached it with grace. Her guidance impacted my life tremendously! During this dark time, with Jennifer as my light, I came out stronger and wiser. ...

Partially Probated Suspension issued in TX, 2022
updated on 11/10/2022Partially Probated Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. When the attorney returns to practice, he or she will be on probation, meaning the State monitors the attorney's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
Public Reprimand issued in TX, 2019
updated on 11/10/2022Public reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.
“Ms. Gjesvold agreed to take a public reprimand for calling an opposing attorney in contentious litigation a "brat", among other things. The comment was made because the opposing attorney, Lee Budner, had sued my client with my client's company without permission from my client which is illegal. While name calling is never OK, in this instant, it was earned.”
