James Jeffrey Cash

Jeff Cash has broad experience in the transactional arena with a strong emphasis in mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He has diverse experience advising public and private companies, boards of directors, private equity groups and high net-worth individuals in complex transactions as well as day-to-day business affairs.

Mr. Cash’s clients include restaurant franchisees, manufacturing companies, retail companies, private family offices, high net-worth individuals, and small technology start-ups. His experience also includes advising private equity groups in fundraising, acquisitions, and post-acquisition counseling for numerous portfolio companies. He also has extensive experience advising boards of directors for companies in general and special situations, including matters before the Securities & Exchange Commission and FINRA.
