Through a friend, we found Daniel. Daniel was very attentive, listened to all of mine and my husbands concerns regarding my step-children. He came up with a way to get what was best for our children, without even going to court!! Everything lined up perfectly and it all came together like it should h...ave. This lawyer is helping my sister in a custody battle she is In. My sister ask me for help with the fees since she is a single mom. I've seen all the correspondence between Daniel and my sister, also having spoke with him myself, you can tell from how he is handling the case he takes a genuine interes...t in his clients. I believe the true mark of Mr Clanton's professionalism, integrity and most of all compassion lies with the fact that despite I was offering to pay him every month he never took advantage of anyone and used it as an opportunity to generate frivolous fees to line his pocket. Even today after a court hearing I email him to remind him that If the retainer runs low let me know his response is that he's not worried about the retainer but helping her do some stuff that will be favorable for her. Mr. Clanton has been a HUGE Blessing to my children and I. He has handled my case with a 100% genuine effort. I was in a situation where my children were placed with me and yet the AG was still garnishing child support from me.
