I have 27 years of experience with drafting, editing, revising, reviewing and amending business and commercial contracts as well as the formation, organization, conversion, qualification, domestication and structure of business entities. I also regularly provide estate planning services, on a budget, and believe that anyone that owns a house or has a child should have not just have a Last Will & Testament but also Powers of Attorney and an advance directive. DO NOT leave it to chance!!
I have further been blessed to provide adoption services for clients and work with the Texas Department of Family Services and a number of private agencies to see that "my kiddos" get to their forever home as soon as possible.
