As a Board Certified Family Law Attorney it is my goal to help people and their families in what can be the most difficult of times. I focus on the challenges of getting results for my clients and measure my success in terms of those results. I am determined to reach a beneficial resolution for my clients and creating a positive future to begin a new chapter of their lives.
After graduating from high school in Marshall, Texas, I attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where I received a bachelor’s degree in English.
Soon after, I enlisted in the United States Navy and entered the Nuclear Power Training Program. After completing Nuclear Field “A” School and Nuclear Power School in Orlando, Florida, I transferred to Charleston, South Carolina, and concluded my training aboard the MTS-635, Sam Rayburn. For my efforts, I was I was selected to serve on staff as an instructor.
In 1998 I transferred to the USS John C. Stennis, CVN-74 in San Diego California. I was deployed twice to the Persian Gulf, the last being in 2002, as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. During that final deployment, I earned the Navy Achievement Medal.
I completed my service in 2003 and returned to college at University of Texas at Tyler. I earned a second bachelor’s degree in history in 2004. I enrolled in Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and graduated in December of 2007 with a juris doctor.
After graduation, I married my wife, Audrey. We have two children and now live in Hurst, Texas, and attend First Presbyterian Church in Fort Worth.
Serving my country, my community, and others has been my life in adulthood. Time not spent advocating on behalf of my clients, is spent with wife and children, camping, reading, and participating in the life of my church family.

Highly Recommend
Bryan is clearly cut from a different cloth than most lawyers I have dealt with and built with integrity. He was very communicative and honest during my entire process and explained every step of the way. This is the second time I have used him for my custody case and if the need arose I would hire...

Great Laywer
In m y divorce Brian showed total professionalism in all respect. He is an honorable man of his word. I rarely do reviews butbI feel confident in my endorsement of Brian in his temperament and ability.
"Bryan is an amazing lawyer who knows the law, cares about his clients, and is willing to do the work to achieve the best possible outcomes. If I were ever to need a family law attorney, I would definitely call Bryan."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have worked with Bryan for over 2 years and the longer we work together, the more sure I am that he is knowledgeable and extremely committed to his clients and working to solve problems as they arise. He is a skilled attorney and I believe clients are lucky to have him on their side."
"I endorse this lawyer. Bryan is extremely professional, passionate, and compassionate, both in and out of court. Bryan has the unique ability to be patient while negotiating, and tough while litigating. He is star among Family Law Attorneys!"
"Bryan is one of the best and most conscientious attorneys that I have ever worked with. He cares about his clients and works tirelessly to achieve the goals of those he represents. One of Bryan's most noteworthy traits is that he honestly counsels his clients and tells them the truth -- not just what they want to hear. Any attorney can give a "sales pitch" and make a client believe that he or she is always right, until they get to the courthouse. Bryan informs his clients well in advance and incorporates the reality of the situation into his strategy for the case. I highly endorse and am proud to work with Bryan Ballew."
