An affliction to the court room
“Kitty” wise does not want to go into a court room. As a woman she did not have my best interest at heart. Scared me into signing a decree I did not agree with. DO NOT use her for family law and custody arrangements, she will not fight for her clients.

Replied last May 21, 2025Amy, Mrs. Wise did not represent you at the time that your Divorce was finalized. You hired different counsel and worked with them to finish your case. Any complaints that you have about being scared into signing a Decree should be directed at the attorney who represented you, not Mrs. Wise. Further, I believe you may be the first person to ever accuse Mrs. Wise of being scared to go into a courtroom to fight for her client. That statement is simply incorrect, as for almost 30 years Mrs. Wise has fought to represent her client's best interests in all Parker County courts.

I can't even give one star. This lawyer is terrible. Cost my mom everything. My mother is 71 and in a nursing home, my step father filed for a divorce. Wise and Wise dropped the ball and cost her what little she did have. They made assurance repeatedly actions had been taken, only to find out ...
