I am contacting the state bar! Found out yesterday that court date is not evev on the docket. Paid Mrs. Wise Oct. 2017 to get into court because paying for child support for 3 kids. One moved in with me Sept. 2017 and one turned 18 Aug. 2018. Still paying for 3 kids. We had a mediation Oct 2018 and c...ould have had a court date in Nov 2018 but she declined due to it being a visiting judge. Yesterday found out no longer on the docket. If you use this attorney be prepared for soooo much aggravation.

I can't even give one star. This lawyer is terrible. Cost my mom everything. My mother is 71 and in a nursing home, my step father filed for a divorce. Wise and Wise dropped the ball and cost her what little she did have. They made assurance repeatedly actions had been taken, only to find out ...absolutely NOTHING had been done. They never return phone calls. It looks like my sister and I have a new financial responsibility...our mother!

I wouldn't refer you to my worst enemy thanks to you I'm behind in child support when I've been up to date on all my payments from day one you never sent my paper work into my payroll department to take out my new payment and put me $6,0000 behind so thank you for getting my passport taken away so th...at I can't take my daughter on vacations thank you got making the state take more to catch me up on my behind payment now my daughter and don't get to go out and do things we used cause I can't afford it and thank you for putting me behind so that the state gets my taxes unstead of me using it on my daughter
