There is nothing more rewarding than working with my clients to assist them in important matters in their lives and businesses. I cannot think of any place I would rather be than fighting the good fight on behalf of my client. As the world gets more complicated and politicians run afoul with more legislation, my job is to assist and work tirelessly for my clients to navigate through these things. Planning, protecting, and advocating - that is why I love the practice of law!

Any decent attorney cannot practice every area of law, and do it well. I realize this, and focus on only four core areas: Business Law (including formations, planning, contracts, collections, IP Issues, employment and litigation), Estate Planning & Probates (including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Asset Protection, Trusts and Probates), Real Estate Matters and Bankruptcy. While my office does not handle family law or criminal matters, I am always able to assist you with locating a competent attorney in those areas.
