NOW OFFERING FREE PHONE & VIDEO CONSULTATIONS TO KEEP YOU SAFE DURING COVID-19!
Please call for a free assessment of your legal rights as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. COVID-19 has had a huge effect on Texas families. Have you been denied possession & access to your child during COVID-19? Did you withhold the child for their safety and welfare? Do child support payments need to be modified or enforced? Hoppes Law Firm is here to help!
We can file enforcement documents if you have been denied your legal rights. You should act now. There is generally a 30-day period after a person is served with a lawsuit during which time the court may not take action. Tarrant County Family Courts are currently scheduled to re-open in early May. We can file now so that the waiting period is over by the time the Courts re-open. This will help you get an earlier court setting, thus getting you quicker relief! We anticipate the Courts will be flooded with new filings post COVID-19 and expect to experience a backlog for court settings. Please call NOW.
If you have been served in an action, you must answer the lawsuit within a certain time period. Failure to do so can cause you to lose valuable legal rights that you may have. The time period to file your answer applies even though the courts are temporarily closed for non-essential matters. We can file all necessary documents to protect you and defend you at any hearings that may be set after the Courts re-open. Call us NOW.
